Allied also operates Scotland’s largest independent Bodyshop and offers a range of garage services to insurance, commercial and private customers alike. Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for Sales Administrators to join our team. You will offer administration and general support to the Sales Administration department.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Process Sales orders
- Invoice using CRM system
- Call customers with updates, delays, progress etc
- Process vehicles deliveries
- Answer incoming calls
- Liaise with vehicle dealers and internal Production department
- Answer and send emails
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Tax vehicles
To be effective in this role, you will have excellent administration knowledge, gained through experience in a previous Administration role. We would require you to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to use various MS office packages. Motor trade Sales Administration experience would be desirable but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £21,450 PA + bonus.
