Location: Flexible across either our York or Gatwick offices (Hybrid working – approx. 2 flexible days a week in one of our fantastic offices)
Salary c.£24,500 depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Being a Sales Administration Executive at Nestlé is about being passionate about the commercial elements of the business and demonstrating great customer service to support internal customers (The Nestlé Sales team), in order to support the external commercial relationship with our customers.

A day in the life of a Sales Administration Executive…
You will work closely with the Sales Planning Executives and Customer Business Managers to support our Monthly Sales Cycle, providing crucial administrative support to meet key deadlines, where accuracy and great organisation skills are paramount.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Sample Order Requests – working with the Sales Team to ensure the samples order process runs smoothly to support events and new product launches - ensuring Supply Chain deadlines are met and delivery issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • New Product and Product Changes Listings – pro-actively managing the submission of New Line Forms to our external customers in order to support the correct listing of our products, accuracy is key to ensure promotion deadlines and new product launches run as required.
  • Purchase Order Requests – management of the processing of POs to request work by external parties/agencies to support Sales activities.
  • General Administrative Tasks - working closely with the Customer Business Teams to ensure all customer queries and administration requirements are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Supporting with the management of report generation and data uploads.

This is a fantastic entry position if you are looking to really start your commercial career. Ideally you will already have some fantastic administration experience under your belt and you will be tenacious, detail focused and have a right first-time mindset.

You’ll enjoy working to deadlines and thrive in an environment where priorities can change. You will have great Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and be able to demonstrate your already established organisation skills. You will be a driven, conscientious team player.
