Sales Administration Associate

The Role
This is a key role within our EMEA business. You will be the main contact for our Emerging Markets distributors on a daily basis for sales admin-related and other queries and ensure the smooth running of all sales administration processes.
As a highly experienced and efficient administrator, you will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager(s), General Managers and Product Manager, generating sales reports including monthly turnover, weekly sales, sales targets and assist with annual forecasting and budget spreadsheets.
In addition, you will manage distributor pricelists and processing of distributor credit requests, managing ad hoc queries and supporting with the organisation of the annual distributor conference.
About You
You should be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail. You will also be a positive team player used to working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As well as excellent time management and organization skills, you will have strong interpersonal relationship skills and written communication skills.
Your significant administration experience will be supported by your proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience of using an ERP such as Oracle will be an advantage.
