Growth Marketer (Part-time, Fully remote)

£40,000-£47,000 per annum + benefits (Pro-rata - 40% FTE)

2 days per week (16 hours - total flexibility)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

What we offer

This role will be remote-based (in the UK) and will be limited to 2 days per week depending on the applicants’ preference. This role offers a full-time equivalent salary of £40k-£47k based on a normal working week of 40 hours.

Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by generating marketing-qualified leads via content, social media and paid advertising. You will be responsible for managing and growing our LinkedIn group/community, running LinkedIn ad and retargeting campaigns, leveraging HubSpot to identify growth opportunities, and providing monthly reports on marketing activity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to generate marketing-qualified leads through SEO-driven content, social media, and paid advertising channels.

Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad and retargeting campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve desired results.

Grow and engage our LinkedIn group/community, creating valuable content and fostering meaningful interactions between members.

Utilize HubSpot to analyze web traffic, identify growth opportunities, and implement tactics to improve lead conversion rates.

Collaborate with other team members to develop and optimize content, landing pages, and other digital assets.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.

Proven track record of success in generating marketing-qualified leads through SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

Strong experience with LinkedIn advertising and community management.

Proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with external stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a flexible, independent, remote-first environment.
