Sales Admin/ Sales Support
Reports to: Sales Director, Hate My Phone Ltd.
Based at: Hate My Phone Ltd, Tyseley, Birmingham.
Job purpose:
About the role:
Working as part of a team as this is really hands on with stock constantly so it a very active role, the Sales Admin will need to be adaptable to be able to support the sales team and director of Hate My Phone. Responsibilities:
* Maintain weekly accountancy needs such as Expenses, Invoices, Pro-forma's, prepare vat returns - This is not limited to these tasks; however this is an example of the tasks, Basic Book-keeping,
Be able to use Xero accountancy software and reconcile transactions * Protect the business by keeping all records of sales and purchases
* Ensure all business accounts have accurate contact details checked every 3 months
* Producing reports on Mobile Phones analysing details of work produced on the products and presenting it back to the clients or ready to be pre-priced via the sales team - This will involve touching and visual checks on the products such as mobile phones, tablets and other electronic gadgets
* You will be required to work with Excel to produce reports * Supporting our online platforms if that product portfolio or other tasks * Maintaining customer service messages replies all the online platforms
* Identifying potential Trade Clients and reaching out to them for further business
* Calling customers/ trade clients
* Taking orders from the sales team and arranging the orders to be completed through the team
* Answering the phones
* Running marketing campaigns to drive extra business
* Supporting the sales director with day to day runnings of the business as well as his tasks
* Tasks above are examples of day to day running of sales admin however not limited to the above
This role is for those that love to busy , very confident on the phone plus making them calls while being a quick learner.
The main personal quality needed is getting something over the line to a deadline the business needs it at. Book-keeping or accountancy experience would be great however not essential. Confident with customer service and making / answering calls are essential that you need to be comfortable with.
