A leading and well-established Amusement Machine Manufacturer and Distributor based in Richmond, London are currently seeking a Sales/Admin Executive to join their Amusement Team within the Prize Division.

Key Duties
- UK/Europe Sales Make outgoing sales calls to existing customer database
- UK Purchasing Admin Placing purchase orders with all the relevant paperwork including product management. Liaising with suppliers and keeping records.
- International Purchasing Admin Placing orders with all the relevant paperwork and arranging deposits/balance payments. Liaising with suppliers and keeping records
- International Sales Admin Raising necessary paperwork to place orders and proformas/deposits/balance payments and collections with customers
About You
- Previous administration experience required
- The ideal candidate will have previous telesales experience
- Knowledge of Incoterms and understanding of supply chains
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel required and other MS Office programs preferable.
- Be able to work alone/plan/organise own workload
- Complete administration accurately, good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptive to new tasks
