The Role
The role of Travel and Home Account Manager will be to manage commercial relationships with clients in the Travel and Home sectors who are seeking to activate multi-market/multi-brand advertising partnerships with Condé Nast.
The Team
This role sits within the US + Global Travel & Home sales team. The role works in concert with all of Conde Nast’s owned and operated markets tied to these categories.
What will you be doing?
- Support and collaborate with local market teams to identify, cultivate and facilitate new partnership opportunities leading to revenue growth
- Work to understand how to expand global narratives for the sector through client direct and agency facing dialogues
- Represent the Condé Nast brands with passion and integrity to the International advertising community
- Collaborate with the creative and media functions to develop innovative, effective and strategic advertising plans
- Work closely with the wider US+global teams to assimilate company-wide knowledge, experience and ideas to translate into best practice and knowledge sharing
- Stay abreast of global ad industry trends
- Represent the Condé Nast global team at relevant Travel and Home industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships at the local market level
Who you are:
- Demonstrable advertising sales success
- Passion for, and knowledge of the Travel and Home industry verticals
- Multi-platform experience – proven expertise in delivering intricate advertising projects across different channels and platforms
- The candidate must have demonstrable digital (web, social, video) sales experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise work assignments effectively and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Extremely strong verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in presenting complex advertising solutions
- Ability to co-ordinate pitches using inputs from multiple teams
Where will you be?
- We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in the wonderful Adelphi building with breathtaking views over the Thames and next to the hustle and bustle of The Strand. This is our London HQ and where members of our global teams sit enabling all of our award-winning content to be created.
