Our London based clients are looking to add to their impressive team of customer service execs and are open to part time and full time applicants. Although this role is home based you will be required to visit the London Office ONCE A MONTH max.
Our client will provide all equipment and training needed for the new candidate to succeed! A cultured company offering a strong career path and progression!
You will need to have already worked in an office customer services environment dealing with phone and emailed enquiries and issues/complaints
Working to company set SLAs
Dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries regarding suitable product and service available and pricing
Taking payments and sending out confirmation emails
Responding to Livechat
Working with your team via TEAMS app
Attending initial two to three week training and monthly team meetings in their Head Office based in Liverpool St, London
