- Warehouse Operative ( Days ) based in Charlton, Greenwich (SE7) working on behalf of our customer (Sainsbury’s)
- £11.65 per hour between 06:00-18:00 and additional £1.72 premium per hour from 18:00-22:00 from Day 1 + overtime bonuses
Shifts available -
Fixed 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Permanent contract with initial 13-week probation period
- 29 Days Holiday (rising to 32 Days dependent on length of service)

- Role involves completing a number of manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE, in a multi-temperature environment (ambient, chilled and frozen temperatures)
- Ensuring the receipting, picking and despatching of stock is completed with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Full training provided
Person Specification
- Warehouse experience preferred – particularly in a multi-temperature environment – but not essential as full training is provided
- Must be willing to work within a multi-temperature environment (full PPE provided)
- Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
- Motivated and committed
- Driven with high personal standards.
- Flexible – shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7
- Adaptable – the role provides a varied working day of multiple tasks
- Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
- The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
- Naturally curious – willing to learn and develop
