Job description
This position will require a responsible individual with high organisational skills, strong communication skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. The ability to prioritise own workload, well versed with Microsoft Office and be detail oriented. The candidate must have experience in an administrative background. The work will take place at our Livingston based office, we are a small family owned business.
Duties Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Dealing with visitors.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Office filing.
- Processing Engineers reports and timesheets.
- Processing Purchase / Sales invoices for all transactions.
- Ensuring customers database data is correct, GDPR compliant and up to date.
- Provide administration support as required.
Hours worked are flexible: ideally we are looking for someone to work between 10.00 and 14.30, four days a week, with 1/2 hour lunch break.
