About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound calls from our customers and helping them with questions they may have about their domain registrations. The ideal candidate for this position requires excellent customer service skills, is extremely detail-oriented and follows company policies for each task.
The role falls under several categories including Healthcare Assistant, Administration Assistant, Customer Services and Sales Assistant.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to);
- Handle all front-line sales, bookings and general enquiries on the telephone and with clients in the clinic.
- Following up on booking and sales leads
- Routine reception and administration duties
- Assist Clients, Clinicians in the clinic
- Filing and inputting data onto the computer system.
- Assist the Medical Practitioners.
About You:
We're looking for an energetic, experienced and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have several years of customer service experience and a firm grasp of technical knowledge. You'll be working with a progressive firm that is currently seeking to grow its customer base, so we are ideally seeking individuals who are both committed to technical excellence and like to work with cutting-edge technology. A passion for great customer service is necessary along with the following skills and experience:
- A proven track record of success in a customer-focused role.
- The ability to interact and engage with customers via phone, email and in the clinic.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and able to cope with changing priorities.
- Confident and professional attitude and manner.
- Fluent in English and Computer literate
- Highly organised with good time management
Job Type
Part-time (18 -25 hours) and Full time (37.5 hours) can be considered along with part-time to full-time progression after successful completion of training.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday - (If full time then an additional weekday will be given off e.g. Tuesday - Saturday, with Sunday- Monday off). Hours are typically between 9 am - 5 pm, one evening up to 8 pm may be required in future.

Must be local to Gants Hill/ Ilford or live within 30 minutes commute.
