Job description
As part of the administration team, to provide comprehensive confidential administrative support service to all members of the safeguarding and Cared for Children Team. To ensure that systems are standardised to meet the needs of the organisation. To work as part of an administration team in supporting the safeguarding and cared for children admin lead in ensuring all procedures and processes are in place. To provide effective and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the safeguarding and cared for children staff within the teams.
To deliver a high quality safeguarding and cared for children service, as part of the multi-disciplinary team by undertaking a range of non-clinical tasks. To lead on administrative projects. Complete relevant documentation in a contemporaneously manner. To monitor and manage cared for children appointments.
