Your role
The job holder as specialist for S&OP planning will support S&OP Lead and Production Planning to align with senior stakeholders from Sales to Industrialisation, Factory and SCM to establish a Production plan that guarantees the number of vehicles produced, from a 5 years forecast to a daily 20 days production plan, including all features and options, considering capacities of Suppliers, plants, customer demand.
Responsabilities include ( but are not limited to)
- Execute S&OP planning cycle, taking in consideration Features, Constraints in SCM, shops, suppliers, commercial requirements, financial borders. Result: 3-5 years volume forecast with all related features, approved by all relevant Departments (Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Develop, Run and maintain the independent S&OP System
- Build and develop the necessary tools to support the process.
- Configure & Update Forecast Orders in SAP ERP
- Best aligned production Plan with secure production orders
- Plan and execute the lowest possible inventory in the inbound Supply Chain
- Avoid disruption in production from SCM perspective
- To ensure the safety of all INEOS employees, staff, contractors, suppliers and Service Providers engaged within the supply chain function and is successful execution.
- Whilst respecting sound principles and processes, challenge the traditional automotive supply chain thinking, seek to emulate where appropriate the best practices from high tech and retail industries by adopting digital and e-commerce solutions where commercially viable.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Supply Chain experience (e.g. SC Engineering, Logistics, Production Planning, Material Planning, S&OP Planning, Materials Handling)
- Around 3 years supply chain management experience gained in automotive or mechanical engineering environment familiar with high-variety and medium-volume environment
- Hands on Experience in SAP SD, PP & MM
- Expertise in MS Office Tools( Excel, Power point, Access) and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Results orientated and organised with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
