What will you do?
You are F1’s first impression, bringing your own personality showing you enjoy what you do.
The F1’s approach to sensational service; you thrive when delivering the best experience possible.
You make your business to be the specialist when it comes to service standards, you are at the forefront of F1 teamwork. You always know where you should be and what you should be doing.
You have an eye for excellence and take action when things aren’t right, aware of the basics you are up to date with all current menus and service standards and specifications.
Manage your time effectively throughout your shift, ensuring all opening/closing duties are carried out.
You know and understand the shifts targets and booking requirements by attending shift briefs.
You have F1 intuition knowing guests needs before they do. Greeting everyone as fellow team players and always thanking them for coming to see us.
First-class service and teamwork are your priorities; you lead by example following the steps of service. Always prepared to ask the right questions and listen to feedback from the team leader when the shift is exceptional or doesn’t go to plan.
Safe fun is always a priority, you will ensure all daily cleaning duties and check lists are completed. Complete your health and safety training to protect you, your team and guests.
If you do make mistakes, admit to them and learn from them. You always ask for help.
If you spot a teammate struggling, you always lend a helping hand, you care.
You make an effort to deeply get to know your fellow F1 team, you are wise beyond your years and know how to get the best out of each other.
You will be asked to attend monthly training sessions and team meetings to support you and your development.
You are a big hearted team player.You actively seek training to support you and your development.
You are an individual and you always bring a positive energy to every challenge, you know life is short so make every day count.
Your presence actively makes people happier when you are around.
