Marketing Administrator
Reporting to the Manager - Digital Marketing, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining various software services, such as Napoleon’s COOP, PIM and DAM platforms. The Napoleon Marketing Administrator will also support key digital marketing activities such as eCommerce, SEM and email marketing. Other duties will be assigned as required, but will involve many aspects of marketing, such as assisting in social media, video and photo-shoots, promotions, and marketing programs for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Napoleon’s Dealer COOP Claims platform, includes providing superior customer experience
- Helps maintain and administer Napoleon’s Digital Asset Manager (DAM) tool
- Helps maintain and administer Napoleon’s Product Information (PIM) tool
- Assists the Email Marketing Specialist, with Customer and Consumer communications by maintaining email lists and email construction
- Assists the Online Store Manager, by providing superior customer service, collecting data and reporting back
- Assists the Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing teams with ‘on demand’ activities
Education & Experience:
- College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration position or digital marketing roll
- Google Certified
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have great interpersonal skills, team builder and team player; an ability to relate professionally within all levels of the organization
- Highly efficient in excel and managing data
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite an asset
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Communications an asset
- Excellent communication skills, highly motivated and multi-tasking
- Is comfortable in a digital world, being able to navigate software and websites with ease
- Is able to work both independently and as a team
