Job description
As a Regional Trainer Assessor for Weston College, you will be facilitating the development of apprentices’ skills, knowledge and behaviours through coaching, teaching, learning and assessment of apprentices on the Fire Fighter Apprenticeship Standard. You will utilise a full and varied range of teaching and training techniques to achieve delivery, in which assessment will occur through experiences at the College and/or the workplace or virtually.
It will be your role as the Assessor to maximise Apprenticeship completion across the range of pathways offered at Weston College and to ensure that apprentices are supported through their Apprenticeship journey to successful completion.
This role is for 18.5 hours per week and is based at South West Skills Campus.
