What you'll do:
- Team Leadership, including talent management, succession planning, and individual development progression.
- Contribute to Sky’s automation strategy and roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvements and ensure tight collaboration with our other SPACE teams.
- Build strong working relationships with other departments across Sky group.
- Form part of the SPACE leadership team
What you'll bring:
- Experience of RPA technology e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
- Proven track record of managing software development teams
- Significant experience within waterfall and agile (Lean, Scrum, Kanban) environments
- The ability to build & maintain effective relationships across Technology and other business areas within Sky
- Experience of project tracking software e.g., Jira
- Experience of managing complex systems, prioritisation and handling multiple tasks in parallel
