Location: Multiple sites in London area. Covering New Broad street, Old Broad street, Tooley street, Victoria, Baker street, 47 Nottingham Place, Garlick Hill, Canary Wharf as well as our corporate client sites

Contract: Permanent & full time – 40 hours/week (Shifts will be between 07:30 - 18:15 pro rota) Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Float Receptionist. As a Corporate Float Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service to patients.
Your duties as a Float Receptionist will include providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to patients, GPs and other third parties that will assist in promoting the successful management of all aspects needed to facilitate a seamless patient pathway.
Although working as part of a team on sites, this role will involve some lone working (short periods) when opening / closing clinics and at lunchtimes.
The Corporate Float Receptionist ideally has corporate reception experience and expecting to have a great customer service skill.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet all patients, visitors, GP’s and staff and assist with their enquiries
- Have a good understanding of the medical system and the relevant Microsoft office programs
- Issuing clients with the necessary paperwork and explaining forms
- Dealing with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journey
- Be visible accessible and approachable for staff, patients and the public and ensure effective communication and resolution of any on site enquiries or escalation of complaints to the Senior Receptionist as needed
- Provide Chaperone Service as required by Clinician’s on site
- Promoting good general communication (i.e. advising of and minimizing any delays)
- Ensuring health and safety standards are observed at all times
- Have a good understanding on the data protection

- Experience in a Customer/Patient facing role within the corporate environment.
- Flexible, professional attitude and adept at working under pressure.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Customer oriented with a passion for high-level service.
