Job description
A very exciting opportunity has arisen in the Housing Needs team as a Rough Sleeper Prevention Officer. These roles will focus on preventing homelessness for those who have previously slept rough. The successful candidates will need to have experience of working with vulnerable people and be confident in communicating with clients and partners to ensure we prevent homelessness in all circumstances. We are a very passionate team who always strive to go above and beyond. There will be a requirement to assist with outreach which takes place at any time of the day or night.
Fixed Term Contract till 31.03.2024.
