Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting room

Being A Room Attendant at Campanile hotel Liverpool

Room Attendants work behind the scenes to create the wow factor. We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual, who has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.

As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:

  • Implement & respect chain's SOP
  • Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
  • Register stock in & out
  • Organise linen & welcome product stores
  • Refill housekeeping trolley
  • Participate in the opening and closing of the department
  • Ensure guest safety

Knowledge and skills required:

Training

  • Basic knowledge of hospitality

Experience

  • One-year experience in hospitality

Expertise

(job-knowledge, technical skills)

  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures
  • Conversational English
  • Basic housekeeping technical skills
