About the role…
As cleanliness creates a great first and lasting impression you will undertake all tasks required in order to ensure that our rooms and public areas are clean and presentable. The working day consists of an 8 hour shift (+30 minutes break) and will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and professional, flexible, passionate display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests.You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player with an eye for detail.
The 4 Star Stirling Highland Hotel is situated in the heart of the city known as the Gateway to the Highlands. Our stunning Victorian property and ancient observatory hosts 96 bedrooms with a health club and swimming pool.
Built in 1854 as the city’s High School, the Stirling Highland Hotel is within easy reach of both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and perfectly placed for exploring Stirling, the nearby castles and battlefields, and the magnificent Scottish Highlands beyond.
