THE ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared in line with hotel and brand standards
- Reporting anything that could impact the guest experience
- Learning your guests likes and dislikes to personalise their experience
- Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
- Have an open and approachable manner, great communication skills and thrive on interacting with people
- A fantastic team player
- An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
