MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean guest rooms to ensure immaculate cleanliness and compliance with brand standards contributing to exceptional guest experience.
  • Ensure work equipment is well used and maintained to ensure all team members can perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in your assignment by helping where needed and completing tasks outside of cleaning guest rooms such as hoovering corridors and supporting the public area team.
  • Report maintenance and all issues to Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure all guests are comfortable and their expectations met.
  • Build strong relationships with your Housekeeping colleagues by applying coaching given by Supervisors and engaging in daily and monthly departmental meetings.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Previous experience within a hotel housekeeping environment preferred but not essential.
  • Team player, flexible with schedule and assignments.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to surpass challenges.
  • Energy and excellent organisational skills essential to meet high business levels.
  • Conversational English essential.
