MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean guest rooms to ensure immaculate cleanliness and compliance with brand standards contributing to exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure work equipment is well used and maintained to ensure all team members can perform to the best of their abilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in your assignment by helping where needed and completing tasks outside of cleaning guest rooms such as hoovering corridors and supporting the public area team.
- Report maintenance and all issues to Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure all guests are comfortable and their expectations met.
- Build strong relationships with your Housekeeping colleagues by applying coaching given by Supervisors and engaging in daily and monthly departmental meetings.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Previous experience within a hotel housekeeping environment preferred but not essential.
- Team player, flexible with schedule and assignments.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to surpass challenges.
- Energy and excellent organisational skills essential to meet high business levels.
- Conversational English essential.
