About the team
We support activities ranging from one-off, delivery-focused projects to longer-term running of managed services, helping you to stay ahead of regulation change or implementing transformation. This is a fast-paced business, rapidly growing to meet the increasing need from clients for services.
Upon successful completion of your application you will be allocated to one of the service offerings such as Financial Crime & Compliance, Accountancy & Finance, Project Management, Legal Operations, Customer Operations and Tech Operations.
The Graduate Associate role will vary depending on your individual experience, and skill set and your aligned project/engagement.
Based in our city centre Merchant Square office in Belfast, you'll support various areas within Operate on project based client work.
Essential skills and experience
We are looking for candidates from any degree discipline, to strengthen our existing team of Associates. We therefore welcome candidates who are;
Graduates with a minimum of 2:2 degree (in any subject) and keen to build a career in Professional Services.
Able to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.
Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communicators both verbal and written.
Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.
Role description and responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an Associate. You will support service towers on project based assignments including -
Research, review and collation of a range of documents, reports and information.
Carry out compliance checks on client documentation and systems.
Monitor a range of financial transactions and evidence findings.
Regulatory remediation and quality compliance testing.
Data input of key information into spreadsheets and proprietary systems.
Contract and document review to identify key facts, anomalies, etc.
Complaint handling and customer management.
Providing governance and standardisation support for programmes across PwC core lines of service and for our global clients.
Supporting delivery of regulatory change programmes.
