The company is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated experienced Roofer to join their hard-working team, and over time become a Team leader with potential growth progression.
The business is fast paced and focused on delivering profitable growth, as well as intent on delivering an extraordinary level of customer service to help differentiate themselves from their competitors.
As the company continues its rapid expansion, they are seeking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated Experienced Roofer who will help lead their roofing teams to further success. This is a significant role within the business and reports directly into the Senior Contracts Manger.
- Deliver self-motivation to maximise productivity, fully deliver customer expectations and meet company targets.
- Actively take part in the day-to-day contracts work, including responsibility for Health & Safety (following specific RAMS and project specification sheets of toolbox talks, etc);
- Undertake the supervision of sites to ensure quality of workmanship and conformance to the specification, budget and timeline; problem resolution; ensuring customers are kept up to date with progress; and the scheduling and planning of resource and materials.
- Train and develop other roofing team members in their skills, and bring in projects on time and to budget following British Standards.
- Provide extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Deliver high standards of organisation, cleanliness and health & safety.
- To actively participate in the team, contributing to companies’ development.
Required skills & experience
- 8-year minimum roofing experience.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weathers.
- Must be confident working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive outlook.
- Communication & project management.
- Attention to detail.
- Depth of roofing technical knowledge.
- Car driver with current driving licence.
- Team player with a positive outlook.

- Self-disciplined with the ability to follow instructions and Health & Safety regulations.
