Our client are seeking a motivated and talented Robotics Engineer to work on the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced robotic systems and automation solutions. As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of robotics systems, from conception to deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test robotic systems for a wide range of applications
  • Conduct research and development of new robotic technologies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robotic solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Program and configure robotic systems to perform specific tasks
  • Analyse and troubleshoot system issues and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, test procedures, and user manuals
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales engineers, and customers to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in robotics technology and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and other programming languages commonly used in robotics
  • Experience with robotics simulation software such as Gazebo, ROS, and Matlab
  • Knowledge of robotic hardware, including sensors, actuators, and control systems
  • Experience with robotic system integration and deployment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision is a plus
