Equans is looking for a Administrator to join our team in Stoke-on-trent on a permanent, hybrid basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £14,350 per annum, and benefits package.
Overview
The RLC Administrator supports the Stoke Schools contract administrative function working in each functional area including finance, technical and contract admin as part of their duties.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained whilst learning new skills working with peers and mentors.
You will participate in a one team approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the SCC contract.
Expected responsibilities
Work as part of the RLC Team to process Works as per Stoke Schools contractual process.
Review Engineers and Sub contractor quotations that have been provided which will then be collated as an RLC pack and submitted for approval.
Liaise with sub-contractors to resolve any queries with sub-contractor quotations prior to submitting.
Resolve any queries with RLC client rejections in conjunction with support from sub-contractors.
Manage any RLC variations and submit to the client for approval.
Take ownership of the RLC tracker maintaining all records in real time.
Process all approved RLC works and issue Coupa POs to sub-contractors to progress works.
Obtain completion reports from engineers and sub-contractors to enable CAFM system to be kept updated.
Effectively manage Coupa POs related to RLC works (ensuring PO dates are correct for scheduled works, values are correct on POs etc) to enable the finance team to correctly report and forecast WIP and cost provisions.
Provide support to the EQUANS Management team with general admin duties.
Communicate effectively with Operational team and Customers where appropriate.

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of administration skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, MS Visio, MS project preferred.
Any previous work experience full or part time in office environment.
High level of attention to detail
Effective time management and organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
This role includes an enhanced DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
