As a Risk Graduate, you’ll support our strategy for the wider bank to become a future leader, taking on diverse challenges across three nine-month rotations. Alongside some of the most engaging colleagues in the business, you’ll work on projects that will make a meaningful difference to our colleagues, customers, and the communities we support.
You’ll be part of making our bank a leader in risk function, encouraged to put forward your ideas with no limit to where your career could take you.

Where you’ll work
Head Office – Milton Keynes.
Set to open in May 2023 it will become the centre of gravity for our business and help to make our new hybrid approach work for everyone. Unity Place has been built with sustainability and employee experience in mind and will be a place we can collaborate as a business It will give our people the opportunity to make use of state-of-the-art facilities and come together with their teams from across the UK.
Our rotations could include different parts of a business area across London, Milton Keynes or Manchester , so, some travel may be involved throughout the twenty-seven-month programme. You’ll have flexibility to work out of the office and at home, spending 40% of your time in the office working with colleagues as a minimum.
What we’re looking for in you
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project)
