Rides Team Member - Full Time, Permanent


Location:
LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY


Hours:
Fully Flexible; working up to 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 9:00am-7:00pm. This is a full time role, permanent contract (immediate start)


Pay:
up to £10.42 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass – 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort


We are looking for full time Rides Team Members to join our AWESOME Rides & Attractions team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.


Reporting to the Rides & Attractions Manager the Rides Team Member is a hands-on role, operating our rides and always striving to provide a memorable experience, whether you’re working on the iconic Dragon coaster or in a real-life LEGO submarine interacting with guests, you will seek out ways to put the thrill into their day.


Internally this role is known as a Guest Experience Host.


Due to the nature of these roles we will only accept applications from those candidates over the age of 18.
This is a full time, permanent role.


About the role of Rides Team Member


  • Height checking our guests to ensure they meet the minimum height requirement to safely ride
  • Batching guests safely into ride vehicles
  • Communicating with your colleagues regarding rides safety measures
  • Operating the rides using detailed and comprehensive operational panels, having undergone significant and thorough Rides and Health & Safety training


Experience required:


  • You will be proud to deliver excellent customer service, always having a bright smile regardless of the weather and seeking out opportunities to surprise and delight our guests!
  • Have a passion for our brand
  • You must be comfortable to undertake comprehensive health & safety training and assessments, always seeking new ways to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
