Job Title: Rides Operator
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, on rotational basis, including weekends
Salary: £9.50 PH

About Company:
Brighton’s most iconic attraction at 1,722 ft long and acknowledged as the finest pier ever built, It is a grade 2* listed building and now offers all the swagger and style of tradition balanced with the pace and excitement of today.
The Role
Working in mostly outside conditions, operating/attending rides and attractions safely.
Dealing with large volumes of guests whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Employees must be confident, calm under pressure, hardworking, reliable, flexible, well presented and capable of working in a team or as an individual.
Duties:
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Safely operate rides and attractions within a busy theme park. These include water, thrill and family rides.
- Ensuring guests are the appropriate height, in line with health and safety regulations, to go onto the ride.
- Dealing with customers of various ages face to face in a polite and professional manner, this will include general enquires from the public.
- Ensure all Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Identify & report any hazards or unsafe practises.
- Ensure PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is worn where necessary
- Keep rides & attractions as well as surrounding areas clean and tidy.
Due to the nature of the business, applicants need to be available to work, weekends, bank holidays & school holidays.
