We’re on a journey, taking our sales capability to the next level. Responsible for the roadmap to get us there, you’ll commercialise our products. You’ll help define market policies and strategies. You’ll ensure we are clear about our purpose and that our messages successfully resonate with customers. Ultimately, you’ll raise capability and bench-strength, making our sales function faster, smarter and more agile. Support of the Global Sales Revenue Growth Management function and the Imex organisation to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade budget performance via integrating the RGM Product Suite into the Operating Model of the markets. The individual will need to have strong commercial acumen, relevant market experience and a strong grasp of RGM principles across Pricing, Promotion, Assortment & Trade Investment. Excellent communication and analytical skills are also critical to the role.


Accountabilities & Responsibilities:


  • Work with the IMEX RGM Leads to align, deploy & demonstrate best practice usage of our RGM Products
  • Co-Lead the initial deployments of the RGM Products to provide a clear, practical & tangible example of how our tools can integrate into the IMEX Annual Planning Op Model.
  • Train & engage the relevant stakeholders within the IMEX Op Model e.g. Leads or critical input roles such as the RGM Lead, KAM’s, Trade Marketing Managers, Marketing Managers, Finance Managers, Supply Leads etc.
  • Share best practice across markets, enabling a community of learning that drives accelerated performance, consistency of approach and learning of RGM, with major examples being incorporated into our Global Playbooks and frameworks on approach.
  • Continue to monitor usage and Product Application within their business processes to enable the correct usage, adoption and support continuous product improvement to ensure the RGM Product Suite is relevant and fit for purpose.
  • Enable best practice TPM Usage and training that elevates the applicability of our RGM products when it comes to Promotional and TI analysis.

You’ll succeed because you have…


  • Commercial experience and/or understanding of P&L principles, ideally with experience through previous roles of managing Trade Strategy.
  • Experience of conducting trade spend renegotiations and/or annual contract renegotiations
  • Ideally a role in Trade Marketing to obtain experience of relaunching/resizing/reformatting products to deliver price differentiation between channels or markets
  • Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Confident interaction at all levels within the Reckitt organizations
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
