Job Purpose: Working remotely and fluent in both Spanish and English, this role provides support to the LATAM and Pacific region for annual and BAU Reward activities. Responsibilities Include: Grading & job evaluation - Work with local HR colleagues to gather the information required to support the effective grading of roles. Benchmarking - Provide support to the local HR colleagues with offers and internal promotions and role changes by providing benchmarking analysis and proposals. Data submissions - Complete salary survey and other data submissions as required Approval process - support the local HR colleagues to ensure the appropriate approvals are gained for any changes made Support the HR team and managers with general reward queries Work with the Group Reward team and local HR colleagues to support Latam and Pacific annual reward processes including pay review, annual bonus (GMBS), share awards and PDR calibration. Pay review - support with the administration of the annual pay review process GMBS - identify and manage eligible colleagues through relevant systems or spreadsheets, support the communication of the scheme and calculation of outcomes. Share awards - support the identification of eligible colleagues and nomination process for annual grants. Support with the Share Plans Manager administration of the plans in Latam and Pacific. PDR calibration - provide analytical support to the Regional HRDs to manage the effective moderation of the Regions PDR ratings. Assist with the research and review of reward trends and best practices in order to structure current and future reward programs, completing and participating in surveys, data analysis and research as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a Reward role Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese would also be advantageous.
