Our Revenues team are responsible for the collection of Council tax across the Sevenoaks and Dartford districts from over 100,000 properties and customers.
You’ll be responsible for answering telephone enquiries covering all aspects of Council Tax and responding to emails and letters received from our customers.
If you’ve got a customer services background, then you’ll know what it takes to deliver excellent customer service – the ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy to customers.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
