Are you an enthusiastic individual who wants to work for a fantastic team in a top performing organisation? If so, you are exactly what we are looking for and here at Scottish Water we have just the role for you.
We’re looking for an adviser / analyst, someone who is process driven, curious about data with strong organisational and communication skills that can be applied to a wide range of challenges, someone who can:

While you will bring all your existing qualities to the role there will be no shortage of opportunities to learn new skills and capabilities, whether they be technical, water industry or market related, development is a key part of what we offer.

- Providing excellent customer service
- Continuously improving our processes and services
There are some things we really need you to have in your toolkit already:
Essential For this role
- Good analytical and communication skills; we don’t expect you to know the data but we do want you to ‘hit the ground running’ and be comfortable working with data.
- Experience using MS Excel to perform analysis, proficient with standard IT packages and a willingness to learn new systems
- A strong team player, with good organisational skills who can work well with others taking responsibility to meet targets and achieve common goals and a willingness to learn from others.
- Process driven, with a willingness to ask questions and test the status quo in order to find better ways of doing things.

Whilst not essential, if you have been exposed to or better still have experience and capabilities in the following area’s that would be a real advantage:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Central Market Agency; Scottish Assessor; One Scotland Gazetteer and GIS systems
- Knowledge of Scottish Water Gap Site registration and SPID de-registration processes and an understanding of KPIs and the required performance against these measures
