As Operations Manager, you’ll use your energy, enthusiasm and knowledge to inspire your team to deliver amazing customer service, every repair, every time.
You’ll ensure works are carried out in accordance with our contracts and legislation and be responsible for making sure the team work at pace to deliver our goals and targets. Every day, you’ll inspire your team to always put our customers at the heart of our service and will continuously look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
You’ll have project development and management experience as well as having a proven track record of managing and leading a team that consistently delivers exceptional standards of customer service and successful outcomes. You’ll be easy to do business with, and your authentic communication and influencing skills will enable you to build strong relationships in and out of the organisation. You’ll also be confident dealing with data to drive performance and setting standards that your team aspires to deliver.
