Put simply, our role in Revenue Integrity is to ensure Royal Mail is paid for the service we deliver. This is a hugely varied role- you may find yourself engaging with a customer, helping them to better understand their posting and billing needs, or you may be rooting out the latest attempt of organised crime to infiltrate our network with fraudulent stamps.
Working closely with your team mates and colleagues throughout the Royal Mail network, you will use your expert knowledge and our latest data analysis tools to stop revenue leakage in its tracks, enabling us to continue to serve our customers and the community.

There will be plenty of additional learning opportunities along the way from online learning, to video tutorials and 1-2-1 coaching. You’ll also have practical learning opportunities that will be supported by your dedicated learning coach. You’ll be given time to complete your apprenticeship training and will be fully supported with your End Point Assessment as you approach the completion of your apprenticeship.
About you
- You’ll hold a minimum C (or equivalent) or above in either GCSE’s Maths or English, ideally both
- Self-motivated and have a natural problem solving “can do” attitude, but also enjoy working with others in a team
- You’re a great communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Able to build relationships with stakeholder's colleagues and customers
- Computer literate to interrogate information and determine appropriate action
- Eager to interact with data on a daily basis and use this data to resolve problems
- Be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service, dealing effectively with customer complaints and challenges
- Logical thinker, able to work through problems methodically
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Able to act as an effective champion/ambassador for Revenue Integrity

Pay
We offer an industry-leading pay and benefits package with an age specific annual pay of:
