Job description
Sales and Revenue Manager, Mollie's Manchester
WE ARE MOLLIE'S
Innovatively designed by Soho House, Mollie’s is a growing family of twenty-first century motel-diners with big ambitions for expansion. In spirit, Mollie’s was born in America – an offspring of the classic roadside motel and drive-in diner, a welcome stopover on a route to somewhere. We’ve borrowed the inviting red neon signs and the easy-going vibe, the burgers, the shakes, the bottomless coffee, a dash of nostalgia, but there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. Expect innovative digital check-in, EV chargers, designer rooms with a fresh Soho House look. Our current Mollie’s road side properties have already been named as the ‘Best Budget Hotel’ in the Sunday Times Best Places to Stay, Best Innovator in the GQ Food & Drink Awards, and was awarded the Catey Award for Best Use of Technology.Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol, Mollies is now heading for Manchester’s Granada studios – a famous landmark, currently being reinvented as part of a new cultural destination. The iconic 1950s television studios (where both the Beatles and Sex Pistols made their first TV appearances) will be home for Mollie’s Manchester in partnership with a new Soho House from 2023. For our first City centre property we are turning up the dial, in addition to all the elements that Mollies already do so well, Mollies Manchester will also have luxury bedrooms and suites, some complete with copper bath tubs and peleton bikes, high tech meeting space and stunning private event rooms, relaxing work/lounge space ideal for coffee and deli lunch and aswell as our fabulous Diner we are also introducing a brand new 300 cover bar with outside terrace and live music daily. This is just the start as Mollies builds an exciting pipeline of new openings to come over the next couple of years and beyond.Mollie’s is now looking for a Sales and Revenue Manager looking to build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.
