Position: Reverse Logistics Manager
Location: Birmingham (B92 9EP)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Responsibility for monitoring the performance of returnable packaging to supplier base
- Collating Pallet Counts and ensuring returnable packaging plan is suitable for vendor build requirements
- Commnuicating with Internal / External and core carriers to ensure returns are delivered as planned
- Route management plan and exicute delivery schedule against requirement
- Microlise & SEB compliance - inday route management and system compliance

- Logistics Manager experience is essential
- Returns experience is desirable
- IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages
