This role provides crucial support to the digital production team, to deliver best-in-class creative across multiple forms of digital media (display, email and social)!
Digital Co-ordinators work on campaigns to promote a range of Sky’s products and industry leading content covering four territories (UK, ROI, Germany and Italy). This role works with multiple producers and teams, providing a great opportunity for professional growth and development!
Digital Co-ordinators will follow a brief from conception to completion, working closely with design, copy, development and QA. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset and a process driven approach.
What you'll do:
- Support Digital Producers in the team on larger projects
- Manage and produce small projects end-to-end, liaising directly with marketing stakeholders
- Write and review creative and technical briefs
- Run creative through both design and build phases
- Maintain team documents including resource and project trackers
- Present work to clients and manage feedback
What you'll bring:
- 1 year+ relevant experience in a creative agency or client marketing team
- Have an interest in digital platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery
- A can-do attitude: with a flexible, solution orientated and pro-active approach
- Highly organised, manages time well and prioritises effectively
- Proficient at multi-tasking and has ability to work calmly under pressure
- A self-sufficient individual as well as a great team player
- Great communicator – able to form and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Excel
