Job description
We are looking for a Returns Assistant who can work at a high standard as part of the production team to help coordinate our customer returns.
The role you’d play, as Returns Assistant:
- Inspecting return items from customers
- Working with returns manager to reduce the repair turn around
- Stock Rotation Inspection of unworn returned items
- Re-tagging items and general admin duties
- Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
- Processing returned goods using in house scanning system (scanning goods back into warehouse)
- Processing damaged goods
- Taking responsibility for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
- Understanding and following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
- Communicating with other departments within the depot
What you’ll bring as Returns Assistant:
- Flexible can do attitude
- Previous experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but full training can be given to the right candidate.
- Be a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment
- A strong understanding and empathy with the end user are beneficial
