As a member of our team, you will be provided with industry leading training that will enable you to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest, every time.
With meticulous duty management expertise, you must combine your ownership of FOH duties, while having a persistent agenda to maintain & improve your department accordingly. You will learn to write rotas to budget and develop and understanding of wage controls. You will place, manage and maintain stock orders for your department and have direct ownership of the stock rotation. You will also be the first port of call for your departmental team, leading meetings and managing relations, ensuring your team have the tools to deliver Theatre Served and enjoy doing so. You are a leader and people will look to you to be an example.
