Here at GXO, we’re currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Returns Administrator to join our team at Northampton, NN4 5EL ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!
This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday from 07.00 – 15.30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Producing outbound reports for supplier and resolving any issues
- Collection and despatch management and bookings
- Monitor and manage all debit transactional activity with regards to supplier returns
- Demonstrate an ability to manage across multiple WMS and operating systems
- Ensure management are informed of any stock anomalies or issues with paperwork/collection/deliveries
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Highly computer literate, with impressive knowledge of MS office packages, especially excel. Experience of WMS would be advantageous
- Good organisational and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer facing experience
- Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
