Opportunity at RRG Group - Group F&I and Retention Manager Job Description
£45,000-£55,000 (Depending on Experience) plus company car
Business Development Department, RRG Group Limited
PURPOSE
Maximise the sale of finance and insurance products in a compliant manner, and drive Centres in their retention activity.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the following:
- F&I performance of twenty-one franchised dealerships and on-site development/coaching of sales teams.
- Working with RRG centres and the retention team to manage renewals effectively, generating incremental sales.
- Monitoring FCA compliance in line with Consumer Duty.
- Working collaboratively with Katie Newton to realise the company’s ongoing F&I strategy.
Finance and Insurance
- Monitoring monthly F&I benchmark targets vs. performance; highlighting trends and offering solutions where needed.
- Exploiting sales opportunities by acting as a champion in the promotion of finance offers across all marketing channels.
- Ensure the MAIUK finance lending tree is being utilised correctly, protecting profitability whilst driving performance against sales objectives for our OEM partners and all finance targets.
- Conducting regular site visits and supporting transaction managers in their ongoing daily activities.
- Overseeing F&I product training at site level.
- Acting as primary point of contact for F&I queries from centre.
- Managing the F&I and Retention specialist in the generation of monthly F&I reports/ audits.
- Conducting internal Payplan audits with group accountants.
- Supporting new starter ‘Road to Sale’ training.
- Overseeing the Car Care Products Excellent Programme.
- Leading monthly transaction manager meetings.
Retention
- Growing the Retention team and manage the day-to-day operation and performance of agents.
- Working with sites to utilise third party OEM renewal systems and drive renewal activities.
- Monitor site renewals activities, the in-dealer customer account review process, and subsequent outcomes.
- Consult with CDA managers to create centralised group focussed campaigns, and monitor performance and outcomes.
Compliance
- Helping centres understand FCA rules and guidelines and adopt compliant strategies within their daily activities.
- Support RRG’s data strategy to ensure RRG is able to identify, monitor, evidence and stand behind Consumer Duty outcomes and meet the needs of customers, including those with characteristics of vulnerability.
