We have a very rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Retention and Engagement Marketing Manager
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage delivery of customer marketing campaigns from briefing to deployment
- Ensure that all campaign activity is delivered within agreed timescales and follow the relevant governance and risk controls – gaining approval from Product, Legal,Compliance, Ad-control and Brand where appropriate, and ensure adherence to Global Standards
- Work with business stakeholders and lead on the development of marketing campaigns, creating compelling agency briefs, with clear objectives and targets
- Provide constructive challenge to existing practices/proposed initiatives and generate new and innovative solutions to address complex issues facing the retail bank
