Job description
With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to our shops answering any questions they have. The role will be based at dual locations - split between our Studland or Corfe Castle shops, depending on the business needs. We'll provide you with a rota for 4 weeks at a time so you can plan your time accordingly, though there may also be times where we ask at late notice for absence cover, to see if you are available. We'd prefer a degree of flexibility - but we understand that you will have other demands on your time!
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Contract/duration: FTC until end Feb 24
Hours/working pattern/hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we strive to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

What you'll be doing:As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
