Job description
We are looking for a Retail Team Manager who will implement, monitor and review the effectiveness of our commercial operation working across stock, sales and the customer experience, including for our matchday operation. You'll be making decisions to drive improvements and enhancements across these areas.

Your day-to-day
- Delivering of our store operations planner which includes forward planning, team organisation and ongoing reviews.
- Ensuring consistently high standards are maintained, with weekly store walks alongside the team.
- Owning the Profit and Loss line.
- Planning and delivering successful kit and product launches throughout the season.
- Managing regular stock takes.
- Being an inspiring leader enabling the team to deliver a world class service, building great team dynamics with a positive culture and high moral, aligned to our visions and values as a club.
- Contributing ideas and solutions to support our retail plan by driving performance and managing costs.
- Effectively coordinating the stores team, being an ambassador for change and helping the Senior Manager create a culture which embraces change and challenges the status quo to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
What we are looking for
- Experience of operating in a high-street retail environment.
- Experience of managing others.
- Demonstrable experience in driving sales, improving service levels, managing cost control and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Able to make commercial decisions based upon company trade reports.
- Experience of providing feedback on team members performance and taking ownership for development and coaching.
- Someone self-driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and the desire to make a real difference.
