Your New Role:

As our Retail Team Leader, you will work closely with the store management team to create an environment that is fun and engaging for the team and drive our global mission to spread smiles and bring joy to all our customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Safety: A safety first approach for our people and products
  • Inspire Customer Wonder: We know that our customers are the lifeblood of our business! We aspire to create experiences that inspire joy and wonder. Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer service creating
  • magical moments for all our customers
  • People: Support the store management team with training, reward & recognition, rotas and motivating the team
  • Quality: Commitment to quality with only the highest quality products being allowed to leave the premises
  • Facilities: Take responsibility for your store. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda creating a fit for purpose, happy working environment for all our Krispy Kremers

You’ll fit right into the Krispy Kreme family if:

  • You have track record as a previous shift leader or looking for your next step up from team member and a CV bursting with customer service experience.
  • Ideally you have experience in a food on the go environment or within retail. However, training will be given
  • You have exceptional customer service skills
  • Are a problem-solver who can communicate with people from all walks of life and continually focus on our customers’ needs.
  • Are supporting of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
