Location: Field based role covering South East England including the South Coast and South London.
Salary: £23,500 (Depending on experience) plus a company vehicle.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

What are we looking for?
This is a field based role responsible for the preventative and reactive installation and maintenance of key client contracts in retail stores. The role is based regionally but some nationwide travel may be required with the possibility of overnight stays. You'll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve in a busy environment, working to ensure that display products are fully functional following each maintenance visit.
As an integral part of a new team, you will be driving 100% to success and expanding the latest maintenance contracts within our niche business.
What you'll do:
- Attend major retail stores to install new retail displays whilst carrying out any required maintenance and updates.
- General tasks of diagnostics and repairs of display fixtures, electricals, digital media devices, as well as general display cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service, liaising with other team members, retailers, clients and the general public
- Manage and maintain stock holding of spare parts
- Complete detailed, timely and accurate site visit completion reports
- Review location specific documentation for display placement
- Understand key client requirements, expectations and needs
What you'll need:
- A Full UK Driving License (with at least two years experience) with no more than 6 points
- Strong organisation, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Experience using both powered and unpowered hand tools
- The ability to work unsupervised and problem solve in a busy environment
- Knowledge and experience of Retail installations/maintenance, such as Point of sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) is useful but not essential as full training will be provided
