Juice33 is an electronic cigarette and CBD retailer, established in 2014 with a track record of success and year on year growth. We operate 5 sites in West Wales (soon to be 8) and a successful website.
POSITION SUMMARY
The store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store and the financial performance of the business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow a successful business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure the smooth running of the store by managing employees, managing inventory, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Manage costs and maximize profits by following proven business principles
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase sales
- Oversee hiring and training of new employees
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure high quality service standards
- Oversee budgeting and expenses to ensure financial success
- Analyze sales trends and develop marketing strategies to increase sales and maintain brand loyalty
- Maintain positive customer relations by handling complaints, writing positive reports on customers, responding to customer concerns. etc.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure security of funds and account for costs
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of experience in retail management or similar role (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful business management (preferred)

Salary: From £24,500.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
