Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of the store including merchandising the display systems, cash management, opening, and closing duties.
- General customer service and store shop duties including operating the till, pricing merchandise, shirt printing of names and numbers, stocking shelves, and responding to customer emails, inquiries, and returns.
- Responsible for all staff rotas including matchdays.
- Overall responsibility for managing the main store and retail Matchday outlets at Selhurst Park.
- Storeroom duties such as receiving deliveries and re-organising merchandise storage.
- Supporting staff so that they can develop their skills in the role and achieve growth in sales.
- Working in conjunction with consultants and contracts to ensure shop refits are carried out in accordance with national guidelines and that shop standards are maintained.
- Being responsible for maintaining all shops and complying with both safety standards and planned preventative maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiastic approach to all tasks
- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Organised and have good time management skills.
